Producer Pampers and Ariel Take Advantage of the Hammer to Corona

Care and cleaning products producer Procter & Gamble (P&G), known from brands such as Pampers, Ariel, Braun and Gillette, benefited in the past quarter from the massive hammering of groceries due to the corona crisis.

Revenue increased 5 percent to $ 17.2 billion in the third quarter of the broken fiscal year, compared to a year earlier.

Especially cleaning products, toilet and kitchen paper and diapers were sold more.

Good business was done in particular in the US home market and in some European countries. Net profit increased by 6 percent to more than $ 2.9 billion.
